Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology (AP&P)
A great massage therapist understands more than technique. You’ll develop a strong foundation in how the human body functions, studying:
• Anatomy and body systems
• Physiology and how the body works
• Common pathologies and medical conditions
• Muscles, bones, joints, and connective tissue
• Contraindications and client safety
This knowledge allows you to provide safe, informed care while tailoring each session to your client’s individual needs.

Massage Theory & Practice (MTP)
400 Hours
This is where you’ll spend the majority of your training, developing the skills that transform knowledge into confident practice.
You’ll receive extensive hands-on instruction in massage techniques while learning how to assess clients, create treatment plans, and provide professional care.

• Deep Tissue Techniques

By graduation, you’ll have practiced extensively under instructor guidance, helping you feel prepared for your first day as a professional massage therapist.

Clinical Business & Practice
84 Hours
Experience is one of the most valuable parts of your education.
During your clinical training, you’ll work with real clients in a supervised setting, building confidence while refining your techniques. You’ll also learn the professional and business skills needed to succeed after graduation.
Clinical training includes:
• Performing professional massage sessions
• Client consultations and documentation
